What are verified and unverified counts on my Dashboard?

Modified on Sat, 25 Jul at 10:08 PM

Your dashboard provides real-time statistics tracking how visitors interact with the age verification pop-up on your storefront.

Key Definitions

  • Verified Counts: The number of store visitors who passed the age check and accepted the cookie settings to view your website.

  • Unverified Counts: The number of store visitors who failed the age check, rejected the pop-up, or left your website without accepting the verification cookies.

How Statistics Are Tracked

  1. When a visitor loads your store, the age verification pop-up triggers.

  2. If the visitor clicks Agree (or enters an eligible birth date), a browser cookie is stored, incrementing the Verified count by +1.

  3. If the visitor clicks Disagree (or enters an ineligible birth date), access is blocked, incrementing the Unverified count by +1.
